All of our coaching sessions are conducted at Rock and River Outdoor Pursuits in Mawdesley. Their purpose-built lake, measuring approximately 50m x 70m, provides a calm and controlled environment for swimmers of all abilities. The water depth is generally between 1.5m and 1.7m throughout, with the centre of the lake reaching around 1.6m to 1.8m. A safe setting combined with the tranquil rural surroundings, makes it an ideal venue for building confidence, refining technique, and developing open water swimming skills.
