Whether you are a complete non-swimmer looking to gain confidence or a seasoned pro seeking marginal gains, your coach will provide real-time feedback and technical drills to fast-track your progress.

Junior Coaching

Inspiring the next generation of open water swimmers. Designed specifically for young athletes, these sessions focus on making the water a fun and safe environment. We cover the essentials of open water safety, cold water adaptation, and stroke technique to ensure they build a strong foundation for a lifetime of swimming.

Beginners Group Coaching

Our beginners group is the perfect bridge for those ready to transition from the pool to the open water. These sessions are designed for swimmers who can comfortably cover 150m non-stop or for those who have recently completed our 1:1 private coaching and are ready to progress to a group environment. We focus heavily on building a foundation of confidence by teaching vital safety skills and helping you master cold water adaptation. Throughout these sessions, we work closely on your stroke technique to ensure you are moving efficiently and comfortably through the natural elements.

Advanced Group Coaching

Designed for swimmers who can competently swim 500m or have successfully progressed from our beginners group, these sessions move into the technical nuances of open water mastery. In addition to continued stroke refinement, we dive into the specific skills needed to navigate open water with precision. You will learn the art of sighting to keep your course straight and master efficient buoy turns to maintain your momentum. This program is ideal for those looking to increase their stamina while sharpening the tactical skills required for more challenging swim conditions.

Club Coaching

Aimed at swimmers looking to compete in triathlons or long-distance events, this program is for those who can competently swim 1,000m or more or have progressed from the advanced group coaching sessions. These sessions focus on the high-intensity tactical side of the sport, including pack swimming and advanced race skills as well as further stamina and endurance training. For those who show promise or a keen interest, we also provide the pathway and support to enter formal open water competitions.

To celebrate your hard work and track your development, we offer Milestone Progression Awards across all of our coaching levels. Whether you are hitting the milestone of your first full kilometer swim, participating in your 10th open water session, or simply showcasing a new level of water confidence, we believe these achievements deserve recognition.
